RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return Window: हम product delivery की date से 7 दिनों के अंदर returns accept करते हैं।
Return के लिए eligible items:
- Item unused और original condition में होनी चाहिए
- Original packaging/tags होने चाहिए
- Receipt या proof of purchase होना चाहिए
Return के लिए eligible नहीं:
- Innerwear, lingerie, और swimwear (hygiene reasons)
- Sale/Clearance items (final sale)
- Customized या personalized items
- Damaged items (customer की गलती से)
Return Shipping: Return shipping cost customer द्वारा वहन की जाएगी।
Restocking Fee: सभी returns पर 8% restocking fee लागू होगी।
Refund Process: Return approve होने के बाद 5–7 business days में refund original payment method पर किया जाएगा।
Defective/Damaged Items: अगर product defective या damaged आया है तो हमें 48 घंटों के अंदर photos के साथ contact करें — हम पूरा refund या replacement देंगे।

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Return Window We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (hygiene reasons)
- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping
5. Restocking Fee
- A 8% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns
- This fee covers handling and processing costs
6. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
7. Exchange
- We offer exchanges for size or color issues
- Exchange requests must be made within the 7-day return window
- Subject to product availability
8. Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Please share clear photos of the damage
- We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost
9. COD Orders
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed via bank transfer
- Please share your bank details when raising a return request
