SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time

• Orders 1–2 business days में process होते हैं
• Weekend और holidays पर processing नहीं होती
• Order confirm होने पर email आएगा

• ₹499 से ऊपर orders पर FREE Shipping
• ₹499 से कम orders पर ₹49 shipping charge

4. Order Tracking

• Shipping के बाद tracking number email/SMS से मिलेगा
• Tracking link से real-time status देख सकते हैं

5. Delivery Issues

• Wrong address देने पर हम जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं
• 3 delivery attempts के बाद order वापस आ सकता है
• Returned orders पर re-shipping charge लगेगा

6. Damaged Shipment

• Damaged package मिलने पर delivery के समय ही reject करें
• Photos लेकर 48 घंटों में हमें contact करें

7. International Shipping

• फिलहाल हम केवल India में deliver करते हैं
• International shipping जल्द शुरू होगी

• Use the tracking link to check real-time delivery status

5. Delivery Issues

• We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address provided
• After 3 failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us
• Re-shipping charges will apply for returned orders

6. Damaged Shipment

• If you receive a damaged package, reject it at the time of delivery
• Take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery

7. International Shipping

• We currently ship within India only
• International shipping coming soon!
